The AI Developer - Agentic Frameworks role at ZingMind Technologies involves building and deploying advanced AI agents that reason, plan, and act to automate complex workflows for enterprise clients. This position is based in Bangalore and requires a hybrid work arrangement (3 days weekly on-site). Key Responsibilities: Design and deploy advanced AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph to improve system responsiveness. Architect and maintain high-performance data pipelines within Databricks and Snowflake DB. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI model testing and deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI specifications. Optimize AI infrastructure to enhance computational efficiency and reduce latency. Required Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency in Python engineering, including async, APIs, and microservices. Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph), implementing guardrails, ReAct patterns, and developing memory and tool-use capabilities (MCP). Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and Lakehouse architectures. Ability to collaborate with prompt engineers and manage AIOps/CI/CD pipelines.
