USI FY27 | Cyber Operate- SOAR + Anthropic - Senior Consultant

The Cyber Operate team at Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale security automation solutions. You will serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders, leading the integration of security platforms and optimizing AI-augmented SOAR workflows. Your responsibilities include managing the full project lifecycle, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring high-quality delivery of security operations maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage SOAR playbooks for incident response, including triage, enrichment, and remediation.
• Build AI-augmented workflows utilizing LLM-based reasoning, prompt engineering, and governed decisioning.
• Lead integrations across SIEM, EDR, IAM, and other security tools.
• Define automation metrics and dashboards to enhance security operations.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity, SOAR engineering, or security operations.
• Proficiency with SOAR platforms (e.g., Cortex XSOAR, Splunk SOAR, Swimlane).
• Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience with REST APIs and automated workflow integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and detection engineering.
• Experience with AI-assisted playbook generation and machine learning-based alert triage.
• Knowledge of agentic security operations, including Claude-based architectures and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Working Conditions:

• Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Gurugram, or Kolkata.
• Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
