The Portfolio Risk Platforms Engineering team is seeking a visionary Lead Engineer (Vice President) to join their team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on designing, engineering, and maintaining high-performance risk calculation engines and workflows that support the firm's global risk management functions. The successful candidate will lead the architecture of next-generation systems with an AI-driven, cloud-first mindset to ensure scalability and resiliency. Responsibilities include building scalable metrics engines for risk exposure, engineering complex risk workflows, providing hands-on technical leadership, driving engineering excellence, and mentoring talent. Candidates must have at least 7 years of hands-on software development experience in enterprise-level systems, proven technical leadership across global teams, deep expertise in cloud architecture (specifically AWS), and demonstrated experience delivering AI-enabled products or automated solutions. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent is required. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in the financial services industry with domain knowledge in Risk or Risk Engineering systems.
