Role Purpose: As a Staff Software Development Engineer, you will be a key member of the department, leveraging a strong background in Data Science and Machine Learning to analyze complex data, develop innovative solutions, and drive business growth through data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and insights using advanced statistical techniques. Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver analytics solutions. Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering. Design experimental methodologies including A/B testing. Visualize insights via dashboards and reports. Automate data pipelines and workflows. Work with structured and unstructured data using big data technologies. Mentor junior team members. Required Qualifications: B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field. 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics. Proficiency in Python and SQL. Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch. Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and ETL/ELT pipelines. Solid understanding of statistical modeling, probability theory, and hypothesis testing. Ability to handle large-scale datasets. Proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Spark and Hadoop. Experience in telecom, finance, healthcare, or embedded systems domains.
