About this role
The Seller AI team within International Seller Services builds generative AI, large language model and agentic tools to help small and medium-sized sellers grow across Amazon’s international stores. This Senior Product Manager-Tech will drive the roadmap for AI-powered seller experiences and the capabilities that enable them.
Responsibilities
- Develop product vision, PR/FAQs and business requirements for generative AI and LLM-based seller experiences.
- Understand the needs of new and established sellers, prioritize requirements that vary across countries, and develop product ideas informed by advances in AI technology.
- Lead product launches and go-to-market efforts, demonstrating business impact across multiple international countries.
- Use data to make recommendations and build business cases; coordinate complex, ambiguous projects across teams and locations, and influence technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; experience defining and driving roadmap strategy, managing technical products or online services, and delivering features while making product tradeoffs.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions about product technology decisions and strategy, and advocating for customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience building new tools and driving their adoption.
- 6+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology.
