The Software Engineering group in the Mobile Solutions Division at Skyworks is seeking a passionate, hands-on Sr. AI/ML Engineer to develop AI-enabled applications and integrate machine learning into existing toolsets for the semiconductor industry. You will support the design, test, and performance analysis of analog hardware devices. Responsibilities include training and validating ML models, preparing unstructured data, automating MLOps workflows, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and managing the full project lifecycle. You will also document data sources, model architectures, and tool usage while participating in code reviews. Required qualifications include a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics/Statistics with at least 8 years of experience, or an MS degree with at least 5 years of experience. Candidates must possess strong skills in data pipeline creation, neural network training, model deployment, and agent development using modern AI frameworks. Proficiency in Python, C#, Java, and JavaScript is required, along with experience in containerization using Docker. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment are essential.
