About this role
The Senior AI Engineer will play a key role in building and maintaining multi-agent workflows and RAG systems within the Agentic Process Automation (APA) framework. You will be responsible for implementing production-ready AI solutions, integrating toolsets, and ensuring high-quality system performance.
Responsibilities
- Agent Development: Build and maintain multi-agent workflows, implementing tool integrations (APIs, ERP, CRM, ITSM) with robust error handling.
- RAG & Knowledge Systems: Develop end-to-end RAG pipelines, including ingestion, chunking, embedding, and vector store management, while monitoring and improving retrieval quality.
- RPA & Hybrid Automation: Develop and maintain RPA task bots and implement logic for AI agent-to-RPA handoffs.
- Production & Quality: Write unit and integration tests, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, manage prompt versioning, and participate in incident response.
- Collaboration: Work with senior engineers to take ownership of components and participate in stakeholder use-case discovery.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years building AI-powered or automation solutions in production.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, AI/ML, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, cloud AI services, APIs, data pipelines, and event-driven systems.
- Hands-on experience with agent patterns (tool use, memory, multi-step reasoning), LLM APIs, and RAG infrastructure.
- Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud AI certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- RPA platform certifications.
- Exposure to LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning and agent observability tools like LangSmith or Arize.
