The Solution Architect – Data & AI Solutions will bridge client-facing presales engagements with deep technical solution design. This senior role focuses on delivering scalable, event-driven, AI/ML-ready platforms for live demonstrations and proof-of-concepts. Key responsibilities include designing client-ready blueprints, presenting complex architectures to stakeholders, and leading the implementation of multi-model AI orchestration layers. The architect will define observability standards, enforce zero-trust security models, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC2. Collaboration with product, data science, and engineering teams is essential to build industry-specific demo templates for sectors like Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, and Retail. The role also involves technical leadership, mentoring, and driving platform evaluations. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering and 15+ years of experience in software architecture or enterprise data/AI platform design. Candidates must possess hands-on expertise in at least two hyperscaler platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and proficiency in distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures. Advanced programming skills in Python, TypeScript, or Go are required, along with experience in CI/CD, Kubernetes, and observability stacks. Preferred qualifications include experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms, data mesh, knowledge graphs, and exposure to agentic AI and LLM-based orchestration. Certifications in Cloud, Kubernetes, or architecture frameworks like TOGAF/SAFe are highly valued.
