Role Purpose: Fujitsu is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to join their MVP team in Bangalore. This role focuses on transforming cutting-edge research from Fujitsu LAB into scalable, secure, and intelligent software products. The successful candidate will lead the development of production-grade AI solutions, bridging the gap between research prototypes and real-world applications. Responsibilities: AI/ML Product Development: Architect and implement AI/ML pipelines, including computer vision, LLMs, and intelligent agents. Apply ML knowledge to evaluate and improve model performance, utilizing techniques like RAG and prompt engineering. Software Engineering: Lead full-stack development using React/TypeScript and Python/C++. Design scalable microservices and RESTful APIs. Cloud & DevOps: Architect cloud infrastructure on AWS, manage CI/CD pipelines, and oversee containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, lead Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with global research and product teams. Security: Design secure, fault-tolerant systems compliant with standards like OWASP Top 10. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience. Proven track record of deploying production AI/ML or LLM-based applications. Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and JavaScript/React. Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, scikit-learn, vLLM), LLM integration, and cloud platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC), model serving (FastAPI, TorchServe), confidential computing, and hardware acceleration (GPU/TPU). Experience in open-source development and Agile leadership is highly valued. Relocation support is provided.
