Senior Project Manager – AI Delivery

Kapture CX seeks a Senior Project Manager – AI Delivery to lead large-scale AI implementation programs for enterprise customers. The role focuses on delivering LLM-powered chatbots, voicebots and conversational AI solutions that support customer experience transformation. This is a full-time, Bangalore-based position working five days a week from the office.

Responsibilities

• Own complex AI and SaaS implementation programs from kickoff through go-live and beyond, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and at high quality.
• Lead customer-facing enterprise deployments, manage expectations and align delivery with business objectives. Translate requirements into roadmaps with product, engineering, QA and AI teams.
• Mentor project managers and delivery teams; run sprint planning, daily scrums and retrospectives; and track execution using Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalate critical issues, and lead weekly and monthly business reviews with senior stakeholders and CXOs. Drive adoption and long-term success of implemented solutions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of technical project management experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior or team-handling role.
• Proven delivery of enterprise-scale, customer-facing SaaS or AI implementations; strong exposure to AI- or LLM-based chatbots, voicebots or automation platforms; and experience in a fast-paced SaaS or AI-first organization.
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive presence, scope management, planning, tracking, delivery governance, risk identification and structured problem-solving. Candidates should understand LLM tools and AI platforms used in live projects, mentor teams and manage multiple enterprise programs simultaneously.

Preferred

Experience delivering AI-led customer experience, CRM or automation platforms; running strategic reviews with CXOs; or working in pre-sales, solution design or AI product collaboration.
