Senior Partner Solution Engineer

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise and seeking AI-native thinkers to join our team. As a Senior Partner Solution Engineer, you will drive technical growth within our partner ecosystem, including System Integrators (SI), Cloud Service Providers (CSP), and Technology Partners (ISV). You will act as a technical expert, aligning with key programs to enhance partner knowledge of Snowflake's product features and cultivating strong mind share across India. This role requires travel up to 50% within India.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Partner, Sales, and Solutions Engineering teams to implement optimal solutions.
• Design and deliver technical training, workshops, and certifications on Snowflake architecture.
• Co-develop industry-specific solutions and accelerators, such as data migration frameworks and industry data models.
• Present at events, lead hackathons, and drive Snowflake adoption within partner organizations.
• Support strategic customer engagements, including defining use cases, delivering presentations, and executing Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Own the technology roadmap with partners to build and scale their Snowflake practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience working with Global and Regional System Integrators, CSPs, and Technology Partners.
• Proven ability to design and build scalable data pipelines using Spark and Kafka.
• Strong SQL and cloud data warehousing fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD processes (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline).
• Proficiency with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and integration technologies like Azure Data Factory and AWS Glue.
• Experience with Snowflake Technology Partners specializing in Data Engineering, Data Science, and Cyber Security.
• Experience with AI/ML use cases is considered a plus.
