About this role
Lead product strategy for AI-driven user interactions at Google Operations Center, using large language models to advance generative AI capabilities. The role spans the product lifecycle and connects technical and business teams, with ownership of the roadmap for Google Operations user quality ranking systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach UX/UI and business analysts, setting performance expectations, KPIs and career development plans; hold regular one-to-ones and track team performance against organizational goals.
- Define product requirements and specifications, and partner with engineering to deliver features. Develop go-to-market strategies with business and operations users for new product launches.
- Use data and user research to reduce friction in the activation funnel, shorten time-to-value and improve discovery of core features for new users.
- Monitor product health; define metrics for ranking quality, relevance and user impact; and design tests and experiments to evaluate changes.
Minimum qualifications: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; at least 8 years of overall technical product or project management experience; 2 years taking technical products from conception to launch; 2 years in consumer growth delivering AI products; and 1 year of product experience with AI technologies, including LLMs.
Preferred qualifications
3 years managing direct reports; experience with product vision, go-to-market strategy, design discussions and day-to-day technical direction; and experience applying machine learning or automated agentic workflows to process optimization or risk management. Experience evaluating AI models and products, translating user pain points into better AI-powered experiences, anticipating emerging model capabilities and presenting technical strategy to senior leadership is also preferred.
