The Infrastructure & AI Architect is responsible for designing secure, scalable, resilient, and AI-ready enterprise platforms on Microsoft Azure. This role works with customers, engineering teams, security teams, and delivery stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into practical Azure architectures. The architect provides technical leadership from discovery through implementation, governance, and operational readiness. Responsibilities include designing enterprise-scale Azure architectures, defining governance models, architecting hybrid connectivity, and establishing AI platform governance, security, and monitoring controls. The role involves designing private and controlled access patterns for AI environments, supporting CI/CD and DevOps-based infrastructure deployment, and driving Infrastructure as Code. The architect acts as a trusted technical advisor, leading design workshops and troubleshooting complex architecture issues. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, combined with at least 14 years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, or a relevant technology domain. Candidates must demonstrate deep expertise in Azure infrastructure, identity and security, AI-ready platform design, and automation. The role requires the ability to convert business requirements into end-to-end architectures, evaluate technical trade-offs, and lead complex enterprise discussions. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, India, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days per week in-office) and 25-50% travel expected.
