This Senior Associate role in PwC’s Advisory Data, Analytics & AI practice focuses on agentic and generative AI initiatives that help clients use data and AI to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term roadmap for Agentic AI and GenAI, prioritize opportunities for business value, and align AI strategy with organizational goals in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Lead the architecture and development of goal-driven, tool-using intelligent agent frameworks. Oversee the use of LLMs, multimodal models and fine-tuning for domain-specific applications.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging agentic and generative AI technologies, including AutoGPT, LangChain, ReAct and DSPy.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience and skills in GenAI and agentic technologies. The posting lists B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA or MCA as education qualifications and separately specifies a Bachelor of Engineering as the required degree.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in finance or consulting; a record of publishing or contributing to open-source AI frameworks; and understanding of the regulatory, ethical and societal implications of autonomous AI systems.
