The HRIS Business Analyst – AI & Digital Transformation will serve as a critical bridge between HR and technology, translating business challenges into scalable automation and AI solutions. You will join the People & Organization Digital Transformation team to drive end-to-end HR technology initiatives, focusing on the hire-to-retire employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include conducting process gap analyses, identifying automation opportunities, and designing functional and technical requirements for HRIS and AI-powered internal tools. You will build and deploy applications using Claude/GenAI, n8n, UiPath, and Python, ensuring secure integration through APIs and custom connectors. The role requires a strong product mindset to manage Jira-based service desks and Rovo Agents while maintaining governance and access controls. Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in HR Tech or AI/Automation analysis with deep Workday domain knowledge. Proficiency in cloud environments, enterprise security, and cross-timezone collaboration is essential. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore or Gurugram, requiring at least 3 days of office presence per week.
