GenAI Developer

Infosys Limited is seeking a GenAI Developer in Bangalore to design and deliver generative AI solutions and AI-powered applications. The posting specifies 12–15 years of overall experience and a Bachelor of Engineering degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement generative AI solutions using large language models such as GPT and Llama. Build and optimize prompt-engineering frameworks and AI pipelines.
• Develop applications using Python, LangChain and relevant frameworks; integrate solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Fine-tune and deploy models on Azure, AWS or GCP. Address scalability, performance and responsible AI practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on delivery.

Technical and professional requirements:

• The posting specifies 3+ years of relevant GenAI/AI/ML experience and, separately, 3–4 years of hands-on experience in those areas.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, NLP and deep learning; expertise in Python and AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with LangChain, vector databases, RAG architectures, API integrations and microservices. Understand cloud platforms; Azure OpenAI is preferred.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with model fine-tuning and embeddings, exposure to MLOps tools and deployment pipelines, and strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
