Gen AI Full stack Developer

Wissen Infotech Private Limited is hiring a Gen AI Full stack Developer in Bangalore, India (also listed as Bengaluru). The role combines full-stack application development with building and deploying generative AI products and workflows. General shift timings are listed.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end web applications, including responsive frontends, backend services and APIs. Build high-performance REST APIs with FastAPI and ensure security, scalability and compliance.
• Implement prompt engineering, versioning and optimization; develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines; and build AI-driven workflows such as automation agents and NLP systems. Handle data ingestion, preprocessing and embeddings, and automate case processing, narrative generation, and data extraction and validation. Optimize AI systems for accuracy, latency and cost.
• Deploy applications on AWS, containerize them with Docker and Kubernetes, and build CI/CD and MLOps/LLMOps workflows. Work with Product, UX, Data Science and Engineering teams; contribute to architecture and design reviews; document architectures, APIs and AI workflows; and follow AI governance, security and data privacy standards.

Required qualifications and skills:

• 4–6 years of full-stack development experience and 2+ years of hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM applications. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; the posting also lists B.Tech under qualifications.
• FastAPI is a must-have. The posting lists Python, REST frameworks, frontend frameworks such as React, Angular or Next.js, backend technologies including Flask, Node.js and Java/Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of LLMs such as Gemini and Claude; prompt techniques including chain-of-thought, few-shot and structured prompting; RAG, embeddings and vector search. Knowledge of model evaluation, hallucination handling and output validation; basic machine learning, NLP, data preprocessing and feature engineering; and experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and deployment automation. Problem-solving, system design and communication skills are also listed.

Preferred or good-to-have experience: Production-grade AI solutions are preferred; Strands is marked preferred among the listed frameworks, which also include LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph and AutoGen. Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and PyTorch or TensorFlow are good to have.
