EY - GDS Consulting - AIA - Agentic AI - Senior Manager

EY GDS seeks an Agentic AI and Generative AI Senior Manager to lead enterprise AI transformation for banking clients. The role combines AI strategy, architecture, governance, client delivery and team leadership, with an emphasis on secure, scalable and responsible production solutions.

Responsibilities

• Shape transformation roadmaps and lead AI programs from use-case identification and architecture through development, deployment, monitoring and production support. Design autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, AI copilots, LLM applications, RAG and Agentic RAG solutions.
• Apply AI across banking activities including customer servicing, lending, credit risk, fraud detection, KYC/AML, compliance, wealth advisory, investment research and operations. Work with senior client stakeholders, product leaders, architects, engineers, data scientists, and risk and compliance teams.
• Establish governance covering model risk, explainability, fairness, privacy, security, auditability, regulatory compliance and human-in-the-loop controls. Own design approaches for model evaluation, observability and LLMOps.
• Lead client workshops, architecture reviews, proposals, RFP responses and executive presentations. Create reusable reference architectures, accelerators and delivery playbooks; manage and mentor multidisciplinary AI teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, advanced analytics, AI architecture and enterprise technology transformation, including designing, governing and scaling production AI solutions; at least 7+ years leading AI-driven transformation programs in banking. Experience leading large programs, cross-functional teams and executive stakeholder engagements is required.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, AI, machine learning, engineering, mathematics, statistics or a related quantitative field. Strong banking-domain, consulting, communication and delivery-management capabilities are expected.
• Hands-on Microsoft Azure AI expertise is mandatory. The posting specifies Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Services, AI Search, Azure ML, Azure Databricks, AKS, Azure Functions, Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric and Azure DevOps. Experience with Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph, LangChain and CrewAI; proficiency in Python, SQL, PyTorch and TensorFlow; and working knowledge of AWS Bedrock and GCP Vertex AI are also sought. Relevant engineering practices include APIs, microservices, CI/CD, DevSecOps, MLOps and LLMOps.

Preferred

Advanced certifications in Azure AI, Generative AI, machine learning, solution architecture, cloud technologies, Responsible AI, AI governance or Agentic AI platforms.
