About this role
Deloitte is seeking a consultant for its Agentic AI Platform within the Customer Sales & Service team. The team implements and operates technology platforms that support personalized content, commerce, marketing and customer experiences. The role is at consultant or equivalent level and may be based in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai or Kolkata.
Responsibilities
- Independently deliver complex, high-quality work products on time, including work across tracks beyond the consultant’s core skills.
- Apply subject-matter expertise, identify risks and mitigation plans, and independently conduct solution, process or code reviews.
- As needed, mentor or direct junior team members and coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to understand functional requirements.
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years using production Python and a compiled language such as Go or Java for infrastructure-grade services.
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen or Claude SDK; working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or comparable tool-use and integration patterns.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock managed services, including Agents, Action Groups, Knowledge Bases and Guardrails, or equivalent cloud AI services; vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector or OpenSearch; Docker, Kubernetes and secure API design.
- Experience building automated testing and evaluation pipelines and guardrails for LLM or ML systems, plus internal developer tools, CLI tools, automation or data pipelines. Understanding of CI/CD and strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, with equivalent experience considered. The posting also lists a BE/B.Tech, M.C.A., M.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
Preferred certifications: AWS Certified AI Practitioner, AWS Certified Developer – Associate or Azure AI Cloud Developer Associate.
