As a Convo & Agentic AI Developer, you will design and implement AI systems, including voicebots, chatbots, and LLM-powered agents, to transform data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of conversational AI solutions, from NLU model development and RAG pipeline integration to deployment and performance optimization within contact center workflows.
