The Architect - AI Business Solutions role within Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) focuses on driving value across customers' digital and AI transformation journeys. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape deals, provide technical input, and define solution offerings. Responsibilities include leading customer meetings to understand business needs, mapping requirements to Microsoft technology solutions, and overseeing project delivery. You will manage risks, dependencies, and escalations while ensuring alignment with architectural intent. Additionally, you will act as an ambassador for intellectual property, drive innovation, mentor team members, and maintain operational excellence. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of leadership experience in a relevant business area. Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of leadership experience, relevant technical certifications (e.g., Azure, Security, Dynamics), and delivery management certifications such as Scrum, Agile, or Project Management. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in-office.
