About this role
As an Applied Value Engineer (EAM), you will work with strategic customers to solve business-critical problems by leveraging the Celonis Process Intelligence (PI) platform alongside AI and ML technologies from partners like Microsoft, OpenAI, and Databricks. You will prototype solutions, demonstrate their value to executives, and ensure successful implementation and adoption. Responsibilities include: AI Discovery & Solutioning: Identifying customer AI strategies and translating requirements into innovative solutions. Hackathons & Prototyping: Rapidly building LLM and agent-based prototypes. Agentic Process Transformation: Enabling the shift to autonomous AI agents. Proof Projects: Executing end-to-end Proof-of-Value (PoV) projects, including architecture, RAG, and guardrails. Value Realization: Facilitating workshops, identifying process enhancement opportunities, and presenting results to C-level stakeholders. Scaling Value: Managing the end-to-end customer value journey and building strategic expansion roadmaps. Qualifications: Required: 4+ years of experience in analytical roles demonstrating value through business data analysis, process improvement, or software deployment (Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting). Proficiency in Python, AI building, and consulting. Knowledge of SaaS applications (SAP/Oracle), RPA, BI tools, and dashboarding. Strong project management and executive stakeholder communication skills. Preferred: Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries. Hands-on experience with agentic systems, LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, and prompt engineering. Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex).
