The Application Engineer (AI Automation) will serve as a critical member of the intelligence layer at Everpure, architecting the automated enterprise by bridging enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Zuora, and ServiceNow with next-generation Agentic AI. The primary mission involves building high-performance Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to enable deep interaction between AI agents and complex business logic. Responsibilities include: Architecting MCP servers to expose core platform services; decomposing enterprise data models for effective AI interaction; developing RAG workflows and AI pipelines; leading the transition to multi-agent collaboration and autonomous Agent-to-Agent communication; and building secure, scalable integrations using REST APIs. Technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers are also key components of the role. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience; expert-level proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript or Java; mandatory understanding of Salesforce API/Object models; proven experience building AI agents using MCP and implementing RAG architectures; and deep expertise in RESTful APIs and OAuth flows. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus); background in SalesOps automation (Quote-to-Cash); and contributions to open-source MCP servers or AI frameworks. This is an on-site position based in Bangalore, India.
