Infosys Limited is seeking an AI Strategic Consultant in Bangalore for its Quality Engineering service line. The role leads enterprise quality engineering (QE) transformation, defining AI-first approaches to quality across people, processes and technology. Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ current QE capabilities, benchmark maturity and define target-state blueprints and multi-year roadmaps.
- Design governance frameworks and operating models that incorporate predictive and autonomous quality practices, risk-based strategies and measurable business outcomes. Identify early wins while supporting lasting change through executive alignment, transition planning and knowledge transfer.
- Advise senior executives, lead pre-sales work, develop proprietary intellectual property and contribute thought leadership and industry engagement.
Mandatory requirements:
- Experience leading and advising large, complex organisations on enterprise QE strategy and transformation.
- Expertise in quality economics, including cost-of-quality analysis and articulating ROI against business measures such as cost, speed and resilience.
- Ability to improve defect leakage, release velocity, reliability and compliance through outcome-driven QE leadership.
- Advisory-level understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native and platform engineering; hands-on pipeline work is not required.
Additional, non-mandatory strengths include advising on AI-driven QE, intelligent testing, predictive risk analytics and autonomous quality; understanding AI model quality, bias detection, data quality and AI risk assurance; and using observability, telemetry and production insights to guide testing and governance.
