AI/ML

This Data & Analytics Unit role leads AI/ML engagements from discovery and solution design through development, validation and rollout. The position combines hands-on model development with stakeholder collaboration and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Work with business and technical stakeholders to define use cases, success metrics and implementation roadmaps.
• Design and build machine learning models for business objectives, evaluate results and track performance. Develop NLP solutions where needed, including text classification, entity extraction and search relevance.
• Establish practices for data preparation, feature engineering, model selection and experimentation. Communicate findings, trade-offs and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on model operationalization, monitoring and improvement. Mentor junior colleagues, conduct technical reviews and contribute reusable assets and accelerators.

Qualifications

• The posting lists 9–11 years under Work Experience, while its minimum qualifications separately state 5–9 years of overall experience with hands-on AI/ML solution development and delivery.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, technology, computer science or a related field; the listed educational requirements include BE, BTech, MTech, MCA and MSc.
• Requires experience applying machine learning to real-world data, evaluating and iterating models, working with NLP and structured data, leading technical discussions and translating requirements into solutions.

Preferred qualifications include a relevant master’s degree; consulting-style engagement leadership, stakeholder management, estimation and delivery governance; production AI/ML deployment and monitoring; domain-specific NLP pipelines; and reusable frameworks and standards. MLOps, model monitoring, feature engineering, data visualization and cloud platforms are listed as good-to-have skills. The stated primary technical skill is AI/ML solution architecture and design.
