AI / ML Engineer

Accenture is hiring a full-time AI / ML Engineer based at its Bengaluru office. The role develops production-ready AI applications and systems using cloud AI services or on-premises infrastructure, with a focus on integrating generative AI models and large language models. Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI models and applications, including solutions that may use deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents and image processing.
• Build and optimize application pipelines for production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert, manage and mentor team members, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Collaborate across teams, solve problems affecting multiple teams and coordinate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Proficiency in large language models is mandatory. The posting requires a minimum of 7.5 years of experience and separately specifies at least 7.5 years of experience with LLMs; its listing header describes the experience band as 5–10 years.
• Experience designing AI applications with cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure; understanding of generative AI applications; familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures; and ability to develop and optimize production AI pipelines.
• Fifteen years of full-time education.
