AI / ML Engineer

Accenture is hiring a full-time AI / ML Engineer in Bengaluru. The posting also identifies the position as an AI Infrastructure Architecture Manager and lists 10–12 years of experience. Responsibilities

• Architect and implement infrastructure for generative AI model training and inference.
• Optimize infrastructure for performance, cost efficiency, resource consumption and scalability.
• Evaluate AI infrastructure options and recommend technologies and vendors.
• Develop operational controls and observability for generative AI platforms and infrastructure.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support the development and operation of generative AI applications; contribute to decisions and solve complex problems affecting multiple groups.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in machine learning and large language model fine-tuning; a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills; and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred qualifications

Advanced proficiency in AI agents; intermediate proficiency in data engineering, cloud computing and systems architecture; and beginner proficiency in software development.
