About this role
The AI Agent Workflow Architect is responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated agent-based workflows powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). This role focuses on bridging the gap between complex business requirements and AI execution through structured prompt engineering and modular workflow design. Key Responsibilities: Design and optimize prompt templates for diverse tasks including classification, Q&A, generation, and reasoning. Develop modular agent workflows incorporating decision branches and robust fallback logic. Conduct rigorous prompt evaluation experiments to ensure accuracy, reliability, and optimal user experience. Collaborate with domain Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate intricate business processes into functional agent logic. Monitor system performance and iterate on workflows based on real-world user interactions and model outputs. Required Qualifications: A strong grasp of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI principles. Proficiency with prompt engineering tools and frameworks such as PromptLayer and LangChain. Hands-on experience working with major LLMs including OpenAI, Claude, or open-source models. Strong attention to detail regarding language nuances, edge cases, and model explainability. Understanding of process flows within industries such as insurance, lending, or compliance.
