The Agentic Diagnostics & Insights Senior Associate will join the Technology Consulting practice at PwC Acceleration Center India to design, build, and maintain advanced conversational AI solutions. The role focuses on developing voicebots, chatbots, and LLM-powered agents that utilize multi-step reasoning and RAG pipelines to solve complex business problems. Responsibilities include configuring CCaaS platforms, designing NLU models, orchestrating multi-agent workflows, and ensuring agent accuracy through prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks. You will own the end-to-end bot lifecycle, from conversation design and integration with enterprise systems (CRM, ticketing) to production deployment and performance optimization. Requirements include a B.Engg/B.Tech or M.Engg/M.Tech degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms, NLU engines, LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph), and vector databases. Proficiency in Python or JavaScript is required, along with strong analytical skills for interpreting conversation logs and bot performance metrics. Preferred qualifications include experience with neural networks, deep learning, predictive modeling, and certifications in relevant AI or CCaaS technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects and DevOps, to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality conversational AI applications.
