The Opportunity: Join the PwC Acceleration Center India to shape the future of business for a diverse global client portfolio. As an Agentic AI Developer - Senior Associate, you will work within the Data, Analytics & AI practice to solve complex business problems using advanced analytical techniques, machine learning, and agentic AI frameworks. You will engage directly with clients, manage relationships, and deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions while navigating ambiguous situations. Responsibilities: Leverage advanced analytics to extract insights from large datasets; develop and implement machine learning algorithms to optimize client operations; build and deploy AI/ML solutions; develop backend APIs and services using Python or Node.js to serve AI capabilities; utilize data manipulation and visualization to support strategic goals; collaborate with teams to anticipate client needs; and uphold technical standards in complex regulatory environments. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; at least 4 years of experience; oral and written proficiency in English. Technical Requirements: Strong Python and SQL skills; experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions; deep proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js with strong Next.js (App Router) experience; familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment; hands-on experience with agentic AI and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK), job queues, and event-driven systems; and experience putting LLM and AI APIs into production with a strong grasp of application security. Preferred Qualifications: Fields of study including Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, or Finance; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or predictive modeling (SAS).
