About this role
As part of the Presales team, the AI Presales Engineer will work with Sales on discovery calls, technical deep dives, demos and POCs, designing and recommending AI-focused technical solutions (e.g., conversational AI, IVA, knowledge management, agent assistance) and providing technical support during the sales process.
