About this role
The AI Business Transformation Manager works in Fujitsu’s Office of AI to turn business challenges into AI opportunities with measurable outcomes. The role spans opportunity discovery, solution design, governance, delivery readiness and adoption, bridging business leaders and AI delivery teams. It offers hybrid working in Sydney or Melbourne, with flexibility across other Australian cities. Relocation is not supported and visa sponsorship is not approved.
Responsibilities
- Help shape the enterprise AI roadmap and establish an AI enablement function with governance, standards and lifecycle practices. Prioritise opportunities, define requirements and success measures, and balance innovation with security, compliance and scalability.
- Coordinate AI solution design and delivery. Build and validate prototypes using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and other LLM-based technologies. Configure and evaluate prompts, tools, integrations and orchestration for accuracy, reliability and enterprise readiness.
- Drive adoption of AI platforms, assistants and domain-specific agents, including single- and multi-agent solutions. Work with architects and engineers on RAG, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search and enterprise knowledge platforms, and support integration with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and other enterprise systems.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, align stakeholders and delivery teams, support change and communication activities, track usage and business benefits, and improve solutions using feedback.
Requirements
- At least 10 years’ experience in enterprise architecture, business transformation, or AI strategy and delivery; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of ML, NLP, computer vision, generative AI, RAG and agents, alongside enterprise cloud, data, security, applications and modern workplace technologies. Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and IT service management, plus awareness of privacy and responsible AI.
- Demonstrated adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Teams and SharePoint solutions; hands-on LLM prototyping and evaluation; and experience designing AI agents and multi-agent architectures. Ability to translate business needs into feasible, governed solutions.
